I am trying to recommend a solution. What I need to know is whether you integrated wordpress plugin will allow our registered members to broadcast their own livestreams? There should be a way to allow them to livestream from their own computers and phone (if possible).
GoDaddy has a caching feature that interferes with the plugin functionality. The easiest workaround is to clear cache EVERY TIME you start a channel. For a permanent fix you may try removing the cache like this
Similar issues are reported with other cache plugins. If you really need to use these, find one that lets you selectively disable it for certain pages, and disable it for the pages that contain the WpStream player
We’ve been using your product for a couple of months now and it is working well. Thank you. I have a question. Is there any way that we can put a picture or message in the video player when there is no active live stream? It would be handy and give it a nice professional look.
This is known to happen when you are not logged in (i.e. the plugin is not connected to WpStream) or with other errors like trying to start a channel that’s already started. Basically it’s still an error but the message is wrong.
We are trying to display appropriate error messages in upcoming versions of the plugin.
