What will happen if I run out of bandwidth during a stream?December 30, 2020 at 7:19 am #104864BeatriceModerator
Thank you for your question. When you reach 10% of your total bandwidth, you will be receiving an email informing you of this and recommending you to repurchase a subscription plan. As of now, you will have to manually subscribe to a new plan or else your live broadcast will get interrupted. However, please keep in mind you can even purchase another plan during a broadcast and it will not be affected. There is a processing time of a few minutes between making your purchase and receiving your data. I hope this helps and please let me know if I can assist you with anything else.

Will the broadcast be interrupted already at 10%?January 4, 2021 at 10:15 am #105353BeatriceModerator
No, your broadcast will not be interrupted at 10%. It will be interrupted once you have used up all your bandwidth. The email warning you that you have 10% of bandwidth left is just a heads up so that you can be aware that you are about to run out and you should purchase another subscription or upgrade as soon as possible.
Hope this has cleared your doubts!
