Browser broadcasts not connecting on Apple/Safari

It has come to our attention that some users are experiencing issues when attempting to broadcast from the browser with iPhones and MacBook’s. This has come about after the latest update of Safari.
We are currently working on a fix and it should be ready by next week. If you have an event that is urgently coming up and have planned to broadcast from an Apple device through the browser, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send you a hotfix/patch ASAP.

We now have an update and we’re glad to let you know that the issue has been resolved and a universal fix was added for the most part. You are now able to broadcast from your browser (including Safari) on iPhones/MacBooks!
We say for ‘the most part’ because the issue may reappear to some users IF broadcasting at a Bitrate above 2000 (kbps). However, please note that you can still achieve a great quality broadcast using the default and recommended bitrate (1500 Kbps). Consequently, this will not affect most users. We are actively working on fixing this as well. Further updates will also be found on this thread.
