Error: Could not connect….

Hello,

I’m testing the free plan on a wordpress online shop. The plugin setup went well as well as the creation of a free channel for streaming. The problem is, when I start any streaming on my iphone 8, the transmission stops after about 10 seconds and the following error appears:

“Could not connect: wss://barber.live.streamer.wpstream.net/webrtc-session.json”

I try to resume transmission but the error appears again after a few seconds.

NOTE: I have the IOS updated on the iphone and the website where I installed the plugin has the latest versions of all the software installed.

Help would be appreciated.
