    tell me how to cancel my subscription… there is no obvious option to due this even though there are instructions that I can do this in my “management section”

    Hi Yassir,

    To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

    Navigate to My Account -> Orders
    Click “View” on the item that shows as “Completed”
    Then under “Related Subscriptions” click the “View” of the item that shows “Active”
    Finally, click the “Cancel” under “Actions”

    Alternatively, you can contact us to have your subscription canceled.

    To re-subscribe:

    Navigate to My Account -> Orders
    Click “View” on the item that shows as “Completed”
    Then under “Related Subscriptions” click the “View” of the item that shows “Pending Cancellation”
    Next, click the “Resubscribe” under “Actions”

    Fill in your billing details on the next page and click “Place Order”
    Choose your payment method on the next page.
    Follow the steps to re-subscribe via PayPal

    Note that you will NOT be billed right away, but instead on the day of your next payment, as per the original subscription.

    I have done, thank you but my Available Bandwidth: 0.00 GB is the same as before.

    To set up your upcoming renewal to a different payment method or PayPal account please do the following:

    Navigate to My Account -> Orders
    Click “View” on the item that shows as “Completed”
    Then under “Related Subscriptions” click the “View” of the item that shows “Active”
    Next, click the “Change Payment” under “Actions”
    On the next page, click “Change payment method”
    Follow the next steps to login to PayPal, set up your payment method, agree and re-subscribe
    In the end, click the “Return to Merchant” to return to your account. Note that it may take a few minutes for your updated information to show up.

    To change your ongoing subscription from PayPal to a Credit/Debit/Prepaid Card:

    Navigate to My Account -> Orders
    Click “View” next to the most recent item that shows up as “Completed”
    Then under “Related Subscriptions” click the “View” of the most recent item that shows up as “Active”
    Next, click the “Change Payment” under “Actions”
    On the next page, choose the “Credit/Debit Card” payment type and fill in your card details
    Click “Change payment method” at the bottom

    On the next page, under “Credit/Debit Card”, select a new card from the list of saved cards, or choose “Use a new payment method” and enter the details of another card
    Click “Change payment method” at the bottom

    Why is my cancellation pending?

    @admin-2872 upon canceling a subscription, it will show up as “pending cancelation” until the ‘end date’ – which is 1 month from your last payment

    While it is ‘pending cancellation’ you may still make use of the monthly allocated resources.

    After the ‘end date’ the status will turn to ‘canceled’.

    No further charge will be operated unless you deliberately re-subscribe.
