ParticipantHello, I have problems translating a lot of items, like the yellow buttons that say “add to cart” and “buy now” or the hover text over the banner that say “categories”, “Actors”, etc.
What file do I have to edit to change language?I tried the pot files to no avail and now I am using the Weglot plugin but that is not what I really need.
My site is http://www.preludiolive.comThanks for the answer.

ParticipantHello, yes, I found that after writing this question. I am translating like that for now.
I am searching in wordpress through styles and I’ve found almost all of the missing translations.
Thanks!

ParticipantHello,
I have the same problem, in the top section on the “search” “cart” “User” buttons the translation is not working.August 17, 2020 at 12:45 pm #86148admin
KeymasterHi,
I’m confused – what are the strings that are not translating for you ? – There is no search” “cart” “User” but something like View Cart, Checkout etc.
Thank you

ParticipantHello, I edited all through “Custom CSS” in WordPress to prevent losing the translations in the next theme update.
I would be great if the theme comes with a translation file.August 19, 2020 at 8:44 am #86374admin
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for pointing this out – will do that in a future update.Thank you

ParticipantHello, I have the exact same problem (just like danielblanco). I translated the plugin via the WordPress Polyglots website, but all the sections that are on the right top menu bar (Cart, Search, Login/account) are not included in the translation strings. I digged into the plugin files and the theme files and found nothing. Can someone help me figure out how I could translate everything?
Thank you

KeymasterHello,
I think those are WooCoommerce strings. Can you give me exactly what strings are not translation for you.
I see that strings like
Need an Account? Register here!
Forgot Password
Back to Login
Sign into your account
Login
etc..are marked for translation and should work fine.
If you have problems you have to post the exact string (a screen capture will also help ). I will check them in the code and fix if there is a problem.
Thank you

ParticipantI looked further into the pages coding, and I found a lot of references to “Wpestate”. I guess there’s a lot of languages strings that refers to a “wpestate” translation file but there is no such file into the wpstream plugin.

KeymasterHi,
Unfortunately you are right – I did a string search and found numerous issues with translation text-domain. We are in a process of addressing this and we will do a minor theme update next week with all this things fixed.
Thank you and I’m sorry for any inconvenience caused.

KeymasterHello,
I just release the 1.6.1 version of the theme and all issues with the translatable strings should be fixed.
The text domain for the theme wpstream-wordpresstheme. This is for all theme related strings. There are also string from redux-framework (the admin interface) that are changed.
The plugin wpstream-elementor use the text domain ‘wpstream-elementor’
Please let me know if your found other translation related problems and I will address them.
Thank you
